Privacy Policy

This draft describes how MarketingOS processes personal information. It must be reviewed and completed by 2Faces, with reference to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), before publication.

Information we process

Account details (name, email address, sign-in method), workspace membership and role, and the work content you or your organisation add — requests, campaigns, deliverables, files, approvals and comments.

Why we process it

To provide the service, keep workspaces separate and secure, and show you the work you are permitted to see.

Who can see it

Only members of your workspace, according to their role. Client users only see what their agency has made visible to them.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Your sign-in and personal details are removed immediately. Records shared with a workspace (for example approval history) may be retained by that workspace without your name. [Retention periods to be confirmed by 2Faces.]

Your rights
